History of the Penthouse.
This particular penthouse was the home of
the Governor of Arizona ( One eyed Jack )
back in the seventies. Located on Central
blvd, approx. 30 years old, is one of the
original high-rises in Phoenix Arizona.
Socha Construction was hired by a local
businessman in late 2006 to remodel the
Governors residence.
We want to thank the staff at the Regency
plaza. Helping us with the elevators, egress
problems, parking in the city. From the
engineering dept to the front desk the
professionalism and great attitude, always.
Thank you for your help and putting up with
us.
